Board of Open Schooling & Skill Education

Established by Govt. of Sikkim under Act No. 14 of 2020 to promulgate and disseminate open schooling and vocational education at state and national levels.

BOSSE is a premier open schooling board recognized by NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) and the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). Certificates issued by BOSSE are equivalent to national and state school education boards for the purpose of higher education and government employment.

Academic Programmes

Secondary Programme (Class 10th) Senior Secondary Programme (Class 12th)

Equivalency: Standard X Certificate

Streams: General Academic Stream

Eligibility: Minimum 14 Years of Age

Fee: ₹18,000/-

Equivalency: Standard XII Certificate

Streams: Science (PCB/PCM), Commerce, Arts

Eligibility: Successful completion of Class 10th

Required Documents:

  • 10th Marksheet & Certificate
  • Aadhar Card
  • Recent Photograph

Fee: ₹20,000/-
